DARO Clinical is a modern EMR with a built-in AI scribe, built for owner-run practices — the segment most EMR vendors ignore. We sell direct to independent primary/urgent care, chiropractic, behavioral health and physical therapy practices across Kansas, and we are hiring the first wave of the team that does it. As an Independent Sales Representative you own your counties, work directly with practice owners, and build a book of accounts that pay you recurring commission every month they stay. The territory is yours, the pipeline tools are ready, and there is no ceiling on what you can earn. Core markets: Kansas City (KS side), Wichita, Topeka, Lawrence and Manhattan.

What you'll do
- Work your assigned counties: calls, in-person visits and disciplined follow-up with practice owners
- Run short, focused demos from our sample practices — no setup or technical skills needed
- Send quotes from your sales portal and follow each one through to a signed deal
- Keep your pipeline current so every lead has a clear next step and next date
- Hand each new customer off to onboarding with clean, complete notes
- Bring field feedback back to the people building the product — you are closest to the buyer
Who you are
- 2+ years selling to medical practices — software, billing, devices or practice management
- Comfortable with commission-only pay and building your own pipeline
- Self-directed: you plan your own week and do not need someone checking in
- Based in Kansas and willing to visit practices in person
Pay
Commission only — uncapped. You earn 50% of every collected setup fee, an upfront bonus equal to one month of the practice's subscription, 15% of every monthly payment for the first 12 months, and 5% of every monthly payment after that for as long as the practice stays on. Example: one practice on our $229/month plan pays you about $916 in your first year — $274.50 setup share, $229 upfront bonus and $412.20 in monthly share — then $11.45 every month it keeps paying. Larger practices (added providers, staff seats, Clinical+) pay more. Commission on each payment is released after a 60-day collection window, and your rates step up as you advance (17.5% or 20% monthly share with larger upfront bonuses). Earnings depend entirely on collected sales; there is no guaranteed income.
