The details
- What counts as a provider seat?
- Anyone who prescribes, attests or signs a note — physicians, chiropractors, NPs, PAs. Front desk and billing staff work on a $59 Staff seat; nurses, MAs and therapists who chart work on a $119 Clinical Associate seat.
- How does the trial work?
- 7 days, card up front, cancel any time inside the billing screen. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
- Is there a setup fee?
- A one-time fee covers guided setup, importing your patients, your visit types and prices, and a live training session. It is charged with your first payment after the trial, refunded in full if you cancel within 30 days, and waived when you pay annually. A full legacy-chart transfer is a separate one-time service at $499.
- What happens if a subscription lapses?
- The practice drops to read-only export access. Records stay reachable — patient charts are never held behind a paywall.
